Madabolic Trainer - Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, CO
Part Time to Full Time
Entry Level

Why This Role is For You:

MADabolic is the industry’s top strength & conditioning franchise. In a culture saturated with “the next big fitness trend,” consider us renegades. No fads or gimmicks, we simply execute what works.

MADabolic Colorado Springs is opening soon, and we are looking to add one more trainer to our founding team. This is an opportunity to join a brand-new market from the ground up and help establish what MADabolic will mean to the Colorado Springs community.

We are looking for someone who wants more than another part-time fitness job. You want to become a great coach, be part of a high-performing team, build real relationships with members, and take ownership in helping a new studio succeed.

This role will begin part-time, but for the right person, there is a real opportunity to grow with the business and potentially develop into our Lead Trainer as the studio and member base grow.

If you’re a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes coaching well, and wants to be part of building something from day one, this could be the role for you. This isn’t just another fitness job, it’s an opportunity to make an impact with a brand that demands excellence.

Your Mission:

Trainers at MAD are known for being some of the best in the industry. No mics, no choreography, no empty hype. Instead, you coach.

You provide 1:1 movement corrections and teach clients how to move with proper form to build real, sustainable strength. Rather than simply cheering someone on to get one more rep, you understand what great movement looks like and know how to make the person in front of you better.

As a MADabolic trainer, you aim to be the best part of your client's day by greeting them in the lobby, learning their names, taking a genuine interest in their lives, and delivering a world-class experience on the training floor.

In a new studio, that responsibility matters even more. You will help shape the standard, energy, and community of MADabolic Colorado Springs from the beginning. Our earliest members will form their impression of MAD through you.

For someone interested in growing into a larger leadership role, we are looking for more than coaching ability alone. We value trainers who take initiative, invest in the team, care about the business, welcome feedback, and naturally look for ways to make the studio better.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Up to $70 per class (base + bonus), depending on experience and class attendance

  • Free membership to take classes at all MADabolic locations

  • Employee discount on all retail items

  • Paid travel for MADabolic Training Camp

  • Ongoing coaching and professional development

  • Leadership and growth opportunities within the business, including the potential to grow into a Lead Trainer role

  • The opportunity to be part of the founding team bringing MADabolic to the Colorado Springs market

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Accredited training certification required before coaching (StrongFirst, USA Weightlifting, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).

  • CPR certified.

  • Strong movement mechanics, physical capacity, and ability to pass MADabolic’s fitness test-out series.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to command a room and coach individuals well.

  • Early morning, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred.

  • Coachable, reliable, growth-minded, and willing to take initiative.

  • Availability to travel for a 2-day MADabolic Training Camp.

  • Genuine belief in the MADabolic brand and our philosophy on fitness and nutrition.

  • Interest in growing into a larger leadership role is strongly encouraged.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach a minimum of 4-6 classes per week.

  • Arrive prepared to professionally deliver class instruction, demos, warmups, and individualized movement cues.

  • Coach the person, not just the workout. Identify movement issues and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Build genuine relationships with members and help shape the culture of MADabolic Colorado Springs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and structured training floor.

  • Support the broader studio team during launch and ongoing growth.

  • Practice what you preach by training at MAD 4x/week.

  • Participate in ongoing coach development, feedback, and team training.

  • Demonstrate ownership, consistency, and leadership if interested in growing into the Lead Trainer role.

THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

We are opening MADabolic Colorado Springs in a brand-new market, and the team we build now will help determine what this studio becomes.

We are specifically interested in finding someone who can start as a strong part-time Trainer and has the potential to grow into more.

Our future Lead Trainer will not simply be the person who coaches the most classes or has the most experience. It will be someone who earns the opportunity through consistency, leadership, coachability, attention to detail, ownership, and their ability to raise the standard of the people around them.

If you want to become an exceptional coach, help build a strong fitness community, and potentially grow into leadership as the business grows, we want to meet you.
