Qualifications and Skills:
Required
3+ years experience in a sales, operations, or leadership role (preferably in the fitness industry)
Charisma — you're friendly, outgoing, empathetic, and find it easy to connect with anyone
Relentless drive — you’re the kind of person who gets things done without waiting to be told
Hungry for growth — you thrive on learning and constantly getting better
Accountability — you own every outcome, good or bad, and always level up from challenges
Passionate about fitness, but even more passionate about helping people
Belief in the MADabolic brand and our philosophy on fitness and nutrition
CPR certification
Preferred
Accredited training certification (StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1, BioForce Conditioning, USA Weightlifting, CrossFit Level 1, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Quality movement patterns and natural athleticism
Experience teaching group fitness classes
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own every aspect of operations. If something needs to get done, you do it - from fixing equipment to filling in for a trainer.
Lead from the front by coaching 4-6 classes per week and taking class at MADabolic 4x/week.
Make smart, data-driven decisions using KPIs to maximize growth, revenue, and ultimately, your earning potential.
Enthusiastically oversee the member journey from start to finish. Sell memberships using the MADabolic sales process and keep members engaged
Own local marketing strategies, from grassroots events to strategic partnerships to social content, while staying aligned to MAD’s ethos.
Passionately lead your team of trainers and front-desk staff by providing initial training and ongoing support.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in every aspect of the studio.
